8.4 Platform Policies Compliance

All campaigns must comply with platform advertising policies:

Ranking Zoom is not responsible for ad disapprovals, account suspensions, or bans due to policy violations or client-provided content.

• Ad accounts remain the property of the client unless otherwise agreed.
• Ranking Zoom may request admin/partner access for campaign management.

8.9 Lead Quality Disclaimer

• Ranking Zoom focuses on generating leads and traffic.
• Conversion into sales depends on the client’s sales team, pricing, product/service quality, and follow-up process.

8.10 Indemnification

• The client agrees to indemnify and hold Ranking Zoom harmless from any claims, damages, or legal issues arising from:
